This art seems to be a most unusual collabortion/co-creation between Jurgen Weise and Light & Magic Company.
Jurgen is famous for his extremely vivid and conscious out-of-body experiences onto higher dimensions (some call it "astral-travel", but I think "super-conscious travel" would be more accurate). Jurgen has written 3 books describing his experiences in these exalted planes. Also, Jurgen's website is a WEALTH of information - describing these higher realms, and where you go when you die, and his experiences in these realms.
Jurgen is by-trade a commercial artist. As far as I can tell, Jurgen's descriptions provide the input, and then some type of collaboration with Light & Magic Company turns these descriptions into actual images, which are all available (LARGE number of images!) in their Magic Fantasy Art website. So, it appears that Light & Magic Company is providing visual renditions of Jurgen's travels into the higher dimensions, based on Jurgen's input & artistic direction. The Magic Fantasy Art website also offers prints and wall-paper from these images.
At any rate, I consider these images to be EXCEPTIONALLY ACCURATE DEPICTIONS of higher realms!

Some say that this is the ancient land of unicorns on account of its unique geology, others say an ancient race dwelt in the cones that spiral heavenwards. But what is agreed is that this unique land is one of abundance with rivulets describing arteries to each wild flower.

"The second of the
Paradise Suite, DOLPHIN ISLE is reminiscent of my trip to Palau,
in Micronesia. I wanted to harmonize elements that normally
wouldn't be so well blended and to demonstrate close relationship with
out friends, the Dolphins."
